We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the Marketing Manager in maintaining and enhancing WHCLP’s marketing presence across our five divisions: Warman Home Centre, Warman Homes, Warman Cabinets, Warman Truss, and Warman Metals.

This is a temporary full-time position for a 16-month term, with the potential to become permanent.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with the creation, distribution, and inventory of advertising collateral across all media channels, including social media, newspapers, magazines, radio, billboards, Google, and company websites.

• Create and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

• Ensure each division’s brand and corporate identity remain consistent across all marketing and sales initiatives and align with business goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on current and upcoming marketing initiatives.

• Administer and maintain internal websites, ensuring content remains fresh, current, and relevant.

• Coordinate in-store advertising materials, including banners, signage, business cards, and related collateral, in collaboration with sales and department managers.

• Ensure products are clearly identified with appropriate signage.

• Assist with planning, organizing, attending, and working lead generation and community involvement events, such as car shows, parades, and trade shows.

• Support the planning and execution of the company’s involvement in community events that align with corporate values and objectives.

• Identify new and innovative marketing opportunities.

• Contribute to monthly marketing update presentations by analyzing campaign data and compiling insights into comprehensive reports.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with WordPress, graphic design, and photography is required.

• Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Effective organizational, administrative, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Previous retail experience and a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.

Work Schedule:

Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on site at Warman Home Centre.

Salary will be negotiated based on experience.
